Terms of purchase
These terms apply when you buy The Designer Compass Method. They are written in plain English so you know what you are buying, what happens after your first month and what we ask of you.
1. Who we are and what you are buying
The Designer Compass Method is sold by PSC Lashes, [registered company name and address to confirm]. It is a self-paced online design course for qualified lash artists. It teaches design and does not teach you to apply lashes.
2. Price and payment
The price is £2,997 in one payment (original price £4,997), taken through our payment provider at checkout. You can also pay in instalments at checkout through Klarna, Clearpay (Afterpay) or Billie, under that provider's own terms.
3. What is included in the course price
- The six parts of The Designer Compass Method, with 12 months of course access from purchase
- The lash map ebook and workbook
- The client report
- Mentorship with Rachel and the Designer Compass app, for your first month (see section 4)
4. Mentorship and the Designer Compass app
Mentorship and the Designer Compass app are included for your first month, from the day you enrol.
When that month ends, you will be invited to stay on in the mentorship at the normal monthly price if you would like to. It is your choice, it is never taken automatically, and nothing is charged unless you say yes.
If you do not join, the mentorship and the Designer Compass app end with your first month. Your course access carries on for its full 12 months either way.
5. Refunds and cancellation
There are no refunds.
Your access starts as soon as you pay, and you agree to that at checkout, so the 14-day cooling-off period for digital content does not apply.
6. When your access begins
Digital access begins on purchase. When your payment is confirmed, we open the course in your account and email you a receipt and your sign-in link. Course access lasts 12 months from purchase.
7. Your account
Your account is personal to you. Please do not share your sign-in details or give the lessons to anyone else. We may close an account that is shared.
8. How you may use the material
The lessons, documents, diagrams and software belong to PSC Lashes or its licensors. We give you a personal licence to use them for your own learning and in your own work with clients. You may not copy, resell, publish or share them.
9. The app
The app is provided for your professional use. You are responsible for having each client’s agreement before you put her photograph into it.
10. Changes to the course
We keep the course up to date. We may improve, reorder or replace lessons and app features, and we will keep what you bought broadly as described.
11. Our responsibility to you
We take care in providing the course and will correct a fault in it when you tell us. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
