Terms of purchase

1. Who we are

The free session, the Toolkit and The Designer Compass Method are provided by PSC Lashes, [registered company name and address to confirm].

2. The free session

The free session is live. The first one is on Sunday 8 November, 7pm UK time, and further live sessions run on later Sundays. It is free, and registering does not oblige you to buy anything. Your place and your personal link are sent to the email address you register with.

3. The Technician to Designer Toolkit

Before your place in the free session is confirmed, you can buy the Technician to Designer Toolkit, a digital toolkit in five parts, for £47. If you do not take it, you are offered the Diagnostic and Calculator on their own for £27. Either is paid in one payment through our payment provider, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Your access begins when your payment is confirmed. The Toolkit is for your own use.

4. The Designer Compass Method: what you are buying

The Designer Compass Method is a self-paced online design course for qualified lash artists. It teaches design and does not teach you to apply lashes. It is separate from the 180 Programme, and buying one does not give you access to the other.

5. The Designer Compass Method: price and payment

The price is £2,997 in one payment (original price £4,997), taken through our payment provider at checkout. You can also pay in instalments at checkout through Klarna, Clearpay (Afterpay) or Billie, under that provider’s own terms. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Mentorship and the Designer Compass app are included for your first month from the day you enrol. After that you are invited to stay on in the mentorship if you would like to; nothing is charged unless you say yes. The course terms explain this in full.

6. When your access begins

Digital access begins on purchase. When your payment is confirmed, we open the course in your account and email you a receipt and your sign-in link. Course access lasts 12 months from purchase.

7. What is included in the course price

• The six parts of The Designer Compass Method, with 12 months of course access from purchase
• The lash map ebook and workbook
• The client report
• Mentorship with Rachel and the Designer Compass app, for your first month
• A certificate of completion from PSC Lashes, issued when you have completed the course

8. Your account

Your account is personal to you. Please do not share your sign-in details or give the lessons to anyone else. We may close an account that is shared.

9. How you may use the material

The lessons, documents, diagrams, case studies, the Toolkit and the app belong to PSC Lashes or its licensors. We give you a personal licence to use them for your own learning and in your own work with clients. You may not copy, resell, publish or share them, and you may not use them to build a competing course.

10. The app

The app is provided for your professional use alongside the course. You are responsible for having each client’s agreement before you put her photograph into it.

11. Changes to the course

We keep the course up to date. We may improve, reorder or replace lessons and app features, and we will keep what you bought broadly as described.

12. Our responsibility to you

We take care in providing the session, the Toolkit and the course, and will correct a fault when you tell us. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
